Next Scotland Squad Training Session...Edinburgh

Just a reminder that the next squad session is on Sunday (12th March) at Oriam Sports Hall, Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh, EH14 4AS.

The session starts at 10.00am and will finish at 12.00 noon.

Meet at BB Hall, Bright Street, Lochee at 08.00am. If you need a lift we'll get you there and back so come along you'll love it and if you train really hard you may get picked to represent your country. 

If you have a Scotland T shirt wear that and white dobok bottoms. If not white dobok please. Dont forget your belt and soft gear.

Scottish Squad Training

Scottish Squad Training for everyone 8 years of age and over is on this Saturday 11th February in the BB Hall, Bright Street, Lochee starting at 1.00pm until 3.00pm.

Everyone is eligible to try out for Team Scotland, cost £2.00p to cover the cost of the hall rental.

It's a great honour to compete for your Country so come along and try your best. The Pan European Championships are being held in the DISC from 30th June until 2nd July so you have plenty time to get your skills honed to perfection.

We are holding 2 Inter-Club Competitions before July so this training will help you at these Competitions too.
