You're the very best Martial Art family anyone could wish for and I know Santa's gonna be good to us all 'cos we deserve it.

Your loyalty and committment to the Tenets of Taekwon Do are second to none and we would like to thank you all for your support throughout 2011. 

Lots of wonderful stuff happening in 2012 but that's not for now. Let's enjoy Christmas first.

Lochee…last class Tuesday 20^th December. First class Tuesday 10^th January 2012.

Douglas and Menzieshill…last class 21^st December. First class Wednesday 11^th January 2012.

Christmas Party…BB Hall, Bright Street, 22^nd December, 6.00 until 7.30pm ish, lol.

Zumbababes

A wonderful time was had by all at our Zumbathon in Whitfield this afternoon. Thanks go to everyone who participated and those who supported us; Richard of URBAN PRINT, Perth Road, Dundee in particular for their donation of tickets and posters, but special thanks go to Rachel Stephens who gave us an amazing and very hot Zumba session. The music was great and the moves were awesome. Aint saying anything but Norma you can shake your booty. If you weren't there you really missed yourself.
