Welcome to Dundee Wildcats TaeKwon-Do website. Martial Arts are as equally suitable for adults as they are for kids and our family orientated classes attract a variety of people, ages, gender and abilities. Our classes offer the opportunity to escape day to day pressures and gives you the chance to have your time and a workout that beats any gym session. Everyone is invited to train at our classes: young and old, men and women, anyone at any level of fitness...Young Lions start at 4 years of age to 8 years, Wildcats at 8 years of age to 12 years, Tigers at 12 years of age to 17 years, Adults over 17. The Chief Instructor is Gook-Gae Sabumnim Mister Gerry Cahill, 4th Degree Black Belt and International Instructor, assisted by Sabumnims Unity Kane 2nd Dan, Double World, European, Scottish and British Champion, Paul Duthie 2nd Dan and Assistant Instructor Miss Gill Hutcheson, Double Scottish Champion. Mr Cahill is a World, European & Scottish Champion; National Umpire and Referee. The first club was opened in Dundee in 1996 in the BB Hall, Bright St, Lochee, and we're still there yet. Since then there have been clubs opened successfully in different areas, including Whitfield, Menzieshill and Douglas. Taekwon-Do can bring out the best in each individual so they may excel at their own pace and personal fitness. It's a well known fact that Taekwon-Do can help develop confidence, focus, discipline, concentration and ultimately academic performance. So come along and channel that energy into something productive. We emphasise Taekwon Do the Martial Art and we also encourage Taekwon Do sport in our fitness and sparring classes. Santas Coming to us All




A Very Merry Christmas to each and everyone of you from Mr. Cahill, Miss Kane and all the Instructors at the Scottish Taekwon Do Federation.
You're the very best Martial Art family anyone could wish for and I know Santa's gonna be good to us all 'cos we deserve it.
Your loyalty and committment to the Tenets of Taekwon Do are second to none and we would like to thank you all for your support throughout 2011. 
Lots of wonderful stuff happening in 2012 but that's not for now. Let's enjoy Christmas first.
