STREET SELF-DEFENCE SEMINAR

(Part 1 – white to green belt)

Fife Taekwondo Group are holding a “Street Self-defence” seminar at 10am on Saturday 4^th February at Castleblair Business Park, Fullerton Road, Glenrothes.

The seminar is open to all adult and junior students and rainbows that have reached the level of purple belt. This is a very important seminar as it will cover the street self-defence aspect of the syllabus which students will require to know for their gradings.

The seminar will last between 1-2 hours and will cost £3 for students under yellow belt (likely to only last an hour) and £5 for all other students (yellow belt and above)
